Sectors
Security architecture in regulated environments.
For confidentiality reasons we don't name clients. This overview describes representative sectors with particularly critical protection requirements.

Data Centres & Telecommunications
Data centres, networks, and telecommunications services form the foundation on which banks, public authorities, energy suppliers, and healthcare systems operate. NIS2, the amended Telecommunications Act (TKG), and the KRITIS umbrella act (KRITIS-Dachgesetz) unite cybersecurity, network security, and physical resilience into a single obligation — from the control layer down to the fibre in the ground and the submarine cables on the seabed. These requirements are integrated across all levels into a robust security architecture.

Financial Services & Insurance
Banks, insurers and payment service providers form part of critical infrastructure (KRITIS) and are subject to one of the highest regulatory densities of any sector. The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), applicable since January 2025, establishes a directly applicable EU framework for digital operational resilience — covering risk management, incident reporting, resilience testing and oversight of critical third-party ICT service providers. DORA, NIS2 and physical resilience are integrated into a coherent security architecture.

Energy Supply
Energy suppliers form part of critical infrastructure (KRITIS). NIS2, the KRITIS umbrella act (KRITIS-Dachgesetz), the IT security catalogue, and the CER Directive unite cybersecurity, operational technology (OT) security, and physical resilience into a single obligation — integrated across all levels into a robust security architecture.

Water Sector
Drinking water supply and wastewater disposal are critical infrastructure. NIS2, the KRITIS umbrella act, and the revised EU Drinking Water Directive combine cybersecurity, OT security, and physical resilience into a single set of obligations — and for the first time bring many small and medium-sized operators within scope. We consolidate these requirements across all levels into a robust security architecture.
