Your mission
You monitor, triage and analyse security events to detect and escalate threats before they cause harm.
What you'll do
- Monitoring security events and alerts across client environments
- Triaging and analysing potential incidents and escalating where needed
- Supporting threat hunting and detection tuning
- Documenting findings clearly and consistently
- Working closely with incident response colleagues across locations
Your first 90 days
In your first 90 days you learn our tooling, playbooks and escalation paths alongside experienced analysts. Within the first year you handle analysis independently and contribute to improving our detections.
Your profile
Must-have
- First experience in a SOC, security monitoring or a related role
- Understanding of common attack techniques and security tooling
- Willingness to work in shifts as part of around-the-clock monitoring
- Good English
Nice-to-have
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, GCIA)
- Scripting skills
- Turkish language skills

Location & setup
You are based in Istanbul with a hybrid working model. Shift work is part of this role as we provide around-the-clock monitoring.
