Our work carries weight. We make sure critical infrastructure stays protected – power supply, networks, military facilities, companies that many others depend on. Every detail counts, and we are fully aware of that responsibility. For us, conscientiousness isn't a claim we put on a banner – it's simply how we work.
And still, or precisely because of that, we never forget that we are people. We rely on each other, talk openly and genuinely like each other beyond the work. We share the same values and deliberately take the time to be together, to celebrate and to switch off now and then.
