Concepture is an owner-led advisory firm for security, compliance and resilience. We support organizations that carry critical responsibility – where a security incident is not merely an IT problem, but affects supply, trust and the ability to operate.

Our approach

Security cannot be solved in silos. We combine cyber forensics, physical security, governance, risk & compliance, and intelligence into one continuous security architecture – instead of isolated measures that sit side by side.

Discretion

As security advisors, we gain deep insight into our clients' most sensitive areas: into vulnerabilities, security concepts, critical processes and security-relevant decisions.

These insights commit us to particular confidentiality. If we publicly named the organizations we work for, we could endanger the very clients whose protection is our task. Anyone who knows whom we advise also knows, in case of doubt, a possible avenue of attack: through us as advisors.

For that reason we name no clients and show no logos. This restraint is not a lack of references; it is part of how we understand security. The security of our clients matters more to us than our own marketing.

Since 2001 we have worked on this basis for clients with high and very high security requirements: airports, military facilities, banks and insurers, energy providers, network operators and water utilities, public transport, correctional facilities, research institutions, as well as companies in the pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

We are glad to share concrete insights into our work and selected references in a personal conversation – and even then only to the extent that our clients have expressly approved.

We believe security is not a state but a capability: to be prepared, to stay able to act in a crisis, and to learn from incidents. Our mission is to give organizations with critical responsibility that capability – deep in expertise, robust in regulation, and at their side when it matters.
