Your mission
You own security and compliance projects from analysis through to implementation support.
What you'll do
- Conducting protection-needs, risk and maturity assessments
- Developing security and compliance concepts along relevant standards
- Advising clients on NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001 and related requirements
- Supporting audits and implementation projects
- Preparing results for both expert and leadership audiences
Your first 90 days
In your first 90 days you take on initial work packages and get to know our clients and methods. Within the first year you lead your own projects and sharpen your area of focus.
Your profile
Must-have
- Several years of experience in security or compliance consulting
- Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulation (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2)
- A convincing presence with decision-makers
- Excellent German and good English
Nice-to-have
- Experience in the critical-infrastructure environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor)
- Experience in physical security
Compensation
The annual salary ranges from €55,000 to €80,000 (gross, full-time) depending on experience and qualifications.

Location & setup
You work in a hybrid setup, connected to our Bühl and Cologne offices, with project-related on-site appointments.
